Week 3 Vitamins

Vitamins are important for our body to function normally. They are absolutely necessary for our growth, general-well being and vitality.We take vitamins in our daily lives and are needed to have a healthy body.

Vitamin A-Repairs and grow body tissues,protects membrane of mouth, throat, lungs and nose, helps maintain a smooth skin and night blindness.

Vitamin B-helps in digestion of carbohydrates , normal working of the nervous system, heart and muscles ,Stabilizes appetite , Promotes growth , Generates energy
