Week 2 Reflection

I have found out that eating healthily does not only keep your body healthy, it also gives you more energy and provides you with a healthy lifestyle.It would also lessen the chances of you getting diseases when you are older.
I have also found out that eating a variety of food is important in our daily meals, it would allow us to benefit more from each category of food through its nutrients and other health benefits.
We should also consume less fats and take more proteins and carbohydrates which are energy giving food substance.
Vegetables gives fiber.
Protein is needed for muscles and strength
Wholegrain food is healthier, like taking whole meal bread is much healthier then taking white bread as the glucose release is slower and consumers would tend to feel more awake if he takes wholemeal bread.

In summary, eating healthily I found out from my family members that eating healthy from young is more important then we think it is and many fail to understand its importance.
